Can i take AMLA tablet and GILOY tablet together as a RASAYAN??? If yes wen should i take it before or after meals??? I have PITTA प्रकृति... Pls help

If you have Pitta prakruti, then you can have Aampachak churn or tablet (chewable)  just few minutes before meal.

Amla and Giloy can be taken together, both are Rasayan , however Giloy is hot in nature, it is better to take it before meals and Amla is cold in nature, it is better to take it after meals.

yes, you can take together. Amla tablet better work empty stomach in the morning... but you can take any time of the day even after meal. giloy tablet you can take throughout the day but avoid during sleeping hours. stay healthy.
