hello if there is no pain but because of chubby cheeks you might be having cheek biting.the lines might disappear within few days. if it still persists you need to visit a dentist and get it checked.

Dear patient, those raised lines that u are noticing usually do no cause any issues as such. but the important thing is to remove the cause of it because on long term basis it may lead to a condition which be painful - due to frequent irritation and injury to Ur cheek tissues.
Next Steps
please rule out if u have increased tendency to clench or stress related clenching while sleeping, difficulty in maintaining your jaw position in a stable position for long, or jaw fatigue, or if your teeth are aligned , or if you have a traumatic bite,if u have partially erupted third molars..
Health Tips
if you have any of the above situation, its better you get the cause corrected from your preferred dentist. i would suggest you visit a Prosthodontist who would asses your occlusion and suggest the needful accordingly

Its called linea alba.there is nothing to worry about it. But if there is any sharp tooth visit dentist and get it recontoured to avoid repeated trauma.
