It is advisable that you try and induce a more healthy sleep environment which can include the following-- limit your phone time at night , don't take your work to bed , try take a warm shower , have a calming tea or warm milk , practice guided meditation and deep breathing. Also maintain a healthy and balanced diet . You can also write a thought journal in which you can mention three positive events of the day. Talk to your close family members or friends. It is suggested that you seek help from a clinical psychology for a diagnosis and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions which will help you learn positive coping strategies and skills for the same.
