Can natural fruit juice(no sugar) consume after dinner? .I usually purchase from street vendors.Please throw some light

Pls avoid taking fruit juices after dinner .. acc to Ayurveda Paan or Betel leaf should be taken after dinner for proper assimilation of food !!!!

Aerated and sugar added juices are not good after dinner. Milk,limejuice grape juice can be taken. Grape juice helps in digestion .

No. U should take whole fruits instead. As juice is devoid of vitamins, minerals n most importantly roughage/fibre. Also don’t take fruits post dinner. The best time is to take any seasonal fruit/ banana within 10 mins of waking up. Then have ur usual bfast in an hour. Or take fruit after physical exertion. That’s the best time.
