I pulled my quadricep while playing soccer. What steps can I take for treatment?

Apply icing 4/5 times a day for a duration of 10 min each tym.Avoid movements at the knee and stabilize it with crape bandage.After 48 hours if there is no reduction in pain then consult a physiotherapist.
