Hi all,
I have a knee pain for about 3 to 4 months... i am very active in sports and running. I have problem of flat baxk too... this knee pain and pull is diaturbing my physical activity. Kindly suggest me what should i do to overcome this.. i am doing all sorts of musxle strengthening exerxises
