I think like there is a punture inside my cheek near the end teeth. Whenever I sneeze it is like  air is blown inside that cut sometimes . I eat pan masala bettle nuts. Please suggest what to do

First of all quit that habit immediately on a permanent basis. As that is an irritational agent for your gums, due to pouching of pan Masala or sometimes getting in contact with those substances for a frequent or long term basis can cause such changes. Pls try to snap a picture and attach for better reference.
