Why does my headache worsen for a second when I cough ? It's like a pulsing pain that I experience when I cough while I'm having a migraine.

When do you exactly feel the headache.. have you notived any triggering factor... avoid it!

That is because when you cough a lot of pressure gets created and it in turn puts pressure on the veins around the forehead. And gets relieved when the pressure decreases. Nonetheless if it's happening frequently then it's better to get a ct scan done.
