uric acid in your diet reduce foods high in pudine content eg organ meats, such as
liver,
kidney,bhains,navin,beef,pork,lamb if nonvegetarian.
Adjust diet.
Limit alcohol.
Reduce inflammation if any.
Maintain body weight.
Mind your pH.
Limit your soda consumption.Avoid fructose, sugary foods.
Have more fluids as water flushes out excess of uric acid.
