I'm a 35 yrs old male. I had a blood test and today got the report. The problematic areas are PLATELET COUNT 110 X 10³ / μL, Iron 62.7, calcium 8.33, total cholesterol 222, total bilirubin 1.35. I would like to have a diet chart for a better health.
