Drink orange juice, apple juice, watermelon juice to have every day in the evening. Detox water like jeera water, flax seed water, coriander seeds water any one of them you can have early morning on empty stomach. Drink lot of water to stay hydrated. Egg white to have in twice a week.

You can start with mild walk/ run for higher blood circulation level and also add plenty of water to boost up your metabolism rate and to release toxins. Best is to get your heat level check.
