What time do you consume eggs? And when do you feel un- easiness? Is if just direct egg or even in bakery products? Do you face same problem with milk and dairy products?
Untill you answer there questions, include egg whites in breakfast. And if you are working out, take sprouts, paneer, curd/ thick buttermilk post workout
