Having 12.5*9 cm subserosal fibroid in fundal region in my 27 weeks of pregnancy. No such issues of bleeding pressure and pains yet Is normal delivery possible in my case? Antenatal report of this week shows normal placenta Cephalic position , AFI 21 , biophysical profile 10/10

The location of ur fibroid should not interfere with normal delivery, however its a big one and may later require removal if u have normal delivery. If u end up with a cesarean, discuss with ur gynaecologist for removal during the same

A 12 x9 cm fibroid is quite large. But because it is subserosal it should not interfere with pregnancy. But there can be some effects like growth restriction in baby, preterm labor, it may undergo red degeneration itself. It needs to be monitored properly throughout pregnancy. But as such a subserosal fibroid is not a contraindication to normal delivery. Just in case you end up having a caesarean, and if this is a pedunculated subserosal fibroid then it may be removed during your C section.

12cm is big. You have preterm labor, IUGR, low weight baby. But you may go for vaginal delivery unless there's an obstetric indication for cesarean.
