I got unplanned pregnancy with pre existing diabetic of 9.3 HBA1C and 242 fasting sugar. What should do ..will it be my health pregnancy or I need to terminate it?

Kindly get USG of pelvis along with other screening to rule out congenital anomaly in fetus. Rest you strictly control your blood glucose with Insulin
