Pre and post swimming workout foods

Hello, I am.34 years old and vegetarian. don't eat egg also. i am beginner in swimming. Can you suggest one or two simple vegetarian pre and post workout swimming food for weight loss. many thanks

Hey! For pre workout, you can take any 1 fruit (banana) will also do and about 5 almonds. For post workout, you can take the next meal of the day depending on the time of working out.
