Apply Volini Spray locally and give rest. Do start up doing milder excercises when you resume.

Please avoid jumping and doing impact aerobics for a few days. You should not do jumping or any other activities where the body comes down on the floor with a jerk. You are only 30 years old. Otherwise your symptoms suggest osteoarthritis.

It happens when you exert too much pressure on your body to get results in lesser time. Try taking it slowly and increase the amount of exercises in a gradual manner. Meanwhile..you can take Tab Painvoid AP sos. Also, do not bear heavy weights at once. Consult for any apt management if the pain persists or increases.
