Plix apple cider vinegar

I have been taking plix apple cider vinegar for 2 months now, is there any side effect of it? Bcz as of now i stay at my place bcz i am preparing for final year exams So basically sort of sedentary lifestyle Does plix acv add to weight gain or its just bcz of my sedentary lifestyle that i have gained weight.

Long term intake of ACV has side effects. Maintain a healthy diet, if you are not able to manage exercise. Else right exercise for even 20 mins can help.

Hi, Until & unless you work on healthy Lifestyle & dietary modifications, no super food can do any magic. Take home cooked food with low salt n spices. Do exercise regularly for 30 min - 1 hr. Time discipline should be there for all meals & other activities.
