Hi.... First of all calm down because your issues are completely treatable.
Please don't look at Therapy and Medication as two different levels of severity of condition, rather these are just 2 methods of treatment that compensate each other.
Similarly, Lifestyle changes, Breathing/Meditation, Healthy Diet, and Timely Sleep is also suggested and sometimes a team of professionals (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nutritionist, Yoga Trainer, Physiotherapist, Doctor) also work together to help clients recover sooner and better. This doesn't mean that the clients condition is severe or mild.
In your case we can start with Therapy alone and see how you are responding to it. If you are recovering with therapy alone, it is best but if not, keep an open mind for medication as well.
Medication has an immediacy of effect, which therapy may not have in certain cases. Therapy has a capability of root cause treatment which brings change from within the individual, which medication may not have in certain cases. So be open for both.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions. Online/Offline both works well.
