Hello practo user I can understand your concern.Health anxiety involves over evaluation of the bodily symptoms that one might have due to stress. High emotional sensitivity and negative thinking might also contribute for the same. Regular psychotherapy sessions would be highly beneficial in such cases. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for in depth evaluation of the symptoms and to draw a diagnosis and then plan a course of treatment. Try talking to someone close about it. You can also try deep breathing exercises. Also you can reach out to me through the practo app.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
