CT suggests there is a mass lesion in lung, which can be either malignant or neoplastic or it can be tuberculosis also. It may need a biopsy to be done to evaluate further.You need to mention the patient symptoms also.

Hello, First of all you need to describe ur problem with what ur facing and on what purpose the scan has been done...as it's clearly a pulmonary case better go to near by pulmonologist for examination directly not through online...u may be required to undergo biopsy to ruleout malignancy.

This CECT Thorax report indicates a heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue lesion in the posterior medial aspect of the right upper lobe with wide mediastinal extension. The indistinct fat plane between the lesion and the posterior tracheal/esophageal walls suggests neoplastic pathology. Additionally, there is perilesional ground-glass opacity and enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes. Based on these findings, further evaluation is essential.
