Before taking. Any supplements we need to see the root cause of the problem. Once we understand that then proper action can be taken. Don't fall prey to any supplements blindly.

Greetings for the day!!     There is not enough evidence to say that plant Biotin supplements are good for hair and skin health. Consuming foods rich in healthy vitamins and minerals will help with overall hair health. The best natural sources of biotin are meat, eggs, fish, seeds, nuts, and vegetables. These will help fortify your hair follicle by boosting your keratin. Regarding skin tissues, there are mutilple reasons for acne or dullness of the skin. There are no single nutrient solution for all skin and hair problems. I suggest you consult a qualified nutritionist for a detailed menu plan that would help to take care of your hair and skin. Thank you

You may have plant based biotins, but judiciously...you may have pumpkin flowers and sesbania flowers as a natural source along with Amla...but please book a consultation as doses needs to be discussed.
