I am having pins and needle sensation in hands and feets What may be the causes of these sensations Please help me

On the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as 1-Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day. 2- Cap Meganeuron 1 time per day for 3 days. 3-Tab Flexon mr 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 4- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
