I am 24  when i sleep at night after that   when i wake up suddenly at night after that i can't sleep because sexual dreams are comming  if i do any sleeping postion  sleep will not come also sometimes semen went from me.when i see women in leggings and women chest part some sexual think will come how to overcome it .is required to consult psycologist please help me
