Hi, doctor My daughter temporary teeth Fallen of one year back but still not came I am attaching the photograph of her top teeth which yet to come.Her roots supposed to be like swell as per attached pic. Doctor saying teeth are their in roots but it's long yet teeth not start even appear

Looking at the picture ,it's clearly seen that the teeth are just underneath the gum and about to erupt. Wait for another month and if it still doesn't erupt, a small incision could be made on the gums to assist the tooth eruption.its a common condition and nothing to be worried about
