Penis urination pain

I sometimes have massive pain during/after urination from penis which lasts for 2/3 minutes and it happens most of the times when I take spicy foods/ alcohol the day before ..is this normal due to dehydration/spicy foods or should I do something..my routine urine culture is normal .. please suggest

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes it can be due to dehydration or mild infection. Take Tab zerodol sp twice a day after food Tab pan 40 twice a day before food For 5 days.
Next Steps
plan for USG abdomen, if issue persist.
