Hello user 1.Eat small and frequent meals 2.Concrete on quality wise eating not on quantity wise. 3. Drink plenty amount of water.(16 glass a day ) 4. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet. follow proper workout. 5.Do daily brisk walk atleast for 30 mins. 6. Include complex carbohydrates in your diet ( there are 2 types of carbohydrates 1. simple and other is complex  1.simple carbohydrates can digest fast and it doesn't give satiety value but complex carbohydrates takes time to digest and it gives satiety value too.) 7. Avoid junk food. 8. change oil in every 6 months.
