Please review my reports . I had infection for which I had Pap smears done . This is my first smears , I was having post coital bleeding , itching and discharge . Satisfactory for evaluation. Adequate number of predominantly intermediate and few superficial squamous epithelial cells are seen. • Endocervical cell clusters are not seen • Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy . • Reactive cellular changes of inflammation are seen in squamous epithelial cells . •Background is showing neutrophilic infiltration and lactobacilli. • no evidence of trichomonas \ fungal organisms is seen . • Impression - Inflammatory smear
