I understand that anxiety and panic attacks can be stressful. You should meet a good counsellor and discuss your feelings and any past which is causing the current situation. Many a times, with therapy you can get good relief and medications may not be required. Please book an online appointment to discuss further.

Hello, It might not be necessary to take medicine for anxiety. It totally depends on the kind of distress and effect it is having on you. This can only be suggested after understanding your issues in detail. Panic attacks can be difficult to manage. Deep breathing and mindfulness activities can help you stay calm. Counselling/therapy can help you understand the nature, the triggers and also ways to manage or deal with them. Visiting a psychologist would be suggested.
