Pancreatic cancer
He is diagnosed with stage iv pancreatic cancer and currently chemotherapy is going on. He is having severe stomach pain. Is there any better treatment available?

For stage 4 pancreatic cancer chemotherapy is the treatment of choice , but if the pain is still persisting even after chemotherapy then u need discuss with your treating doctor for two things ..
1. Is chemotherapy working - for this go for repeat scans
2. Management of pain - celiac axis block is one option apart from opioids and analgesics.
