Hi Doc, having palpitations and pressure not sure due to heart or Anxiety issue so took ECg for safer side. I take Inderal 10mg daily. Help me to review this ecg

ECG appears to be normal. Palpitations have some other causes other than heart and anxiety, kindly consult general physicians for furthur opinion.
