Pain- upper abdomen & lower left abdomen

Since past 3-4 days, when I cough or breathe, my upper stomach part hurts.. but it's like a scattered pain.. Difficult to pin point exactly where.. My lower left abdomen has been hurting too.. today I was pressing on the lower left side, and I felt the focus of pain.. it hurts more when I press on the lower left side.. Do I have something serious like kidney stones? History— I have had appendicitis surgery. I constantly have stomach infection/ gastritis related issues. Last month I had an infection too. I have low iron levels in my body. Sometimes my menstrual cycle is irregular I'm just very concerned.. do I have stones or something?

Pain in left lower abdomen can be due to anything.as u said ur menstrual history is not normal so u need to rule out that regarding that everything is ok While coughing upper abdominal muscles do hurt so tk a dry cough syrup to supress ur cough. Then wilth full bladder get an ultrasound done
