Hi i am getting pain near the belly button on the left side.pain is happening sometimes not all the time. Pain is like some needle is hearting.

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to Gastritis. Take tab pan 40 twice a day before food Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food Tab drotin 40 mg twice a day after food For 5 days.
