Pain in upper sides

I am having continuous pain in my uppers sides, Front and back. This is almost at the ribs. It feeling like someone is putting needles in the body. This pain is for the last 2 months. I am having vitamin D deficiancy. It is 18.6 and haemoglobin 10.8. Lymphocytes is 4513.6. Please suggest whom should i contact and what is the problem.

Does this pain occur occasionally in 2 months or all the time? Get a digital X-ray Chest-PA view done. It will help in Diagnosis. Need detailed history.
