Pain in upper left part of chest

Sharp Pain in the upper left part of chest while deep breathing and in certain positions. If i breathe normally i dont feel the pain. Its been almost a month since i am experiencing this and my ECG came out to be normal with normal pulse rate and oxygen level. No other symptoms include think. I am in UK so i just wanted to know if this is something serious or not.

pain left upper chest could have many reasons ideally needs to be seen to decide .but if u have no associated symptoms may be musculoskeletal in origin which needs mild analgesics and muscle relaxants for couple of days if no improvement better to consult a physician locally.

If u have pain under arm also on left side, it's related to heart Ecg is normal so mostly related to muscle pain now
