We can not decide the spondylitis or arthritis without examination. but you have to take care of both shoulder as well as neck region
simply you can follow these instructions;
👉 avoid use of cell phone during lying
👉do icing at your neck and shoulder region
👉avoid pressing your hand below your head during sleep
👉use thin or cervical pillow/ or you can use small sheet under your neck
👉don't give too much of your time to screen for few days
👉start gentle isometric exercises of neck when you feel 50% improvement in your pain
👉avoid heavy weight lifting and heavy push pull activity
👉plan your exercise regime with under guidance of qualified physiotherapist
👉Do not attempt self stretches it can harm your cervical spine
👉Start exercises systematically
