I feel tightness in my thigh subconsciously everytime Please help in resolving this problem . This is from many months

Avoid sitting crossed legs and do not sat on one place for a longer time .. Prefer Cushion seats .. and get yourself evaluated before you started feeling pain in your lower back. For now prefer sitting with back support.
