Pain in my back

I have pain in may back beneath shoulder from 5 days and i have taken zerodol p,ampicillin,and pantop40 it pains while i stands not when i sleep plzz suggest some medicine which will cure fast as i have to sit for exam

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
