I am having a minor pain in my lower back for 4 days now. The pain is not severe, but i can't bend forward slowly. If i do it fast, there is no problem. Is there an issue with the curvature of my lower back? What kind of exercises should i do?
Dear one, you probably have a muscular spasm issue of your back. Take some rest and analgesics, you should feel relief in few days. If you find no relief, then you should get yourself investigated
