Pain in lower back ( besides ribs)

2019-06-17 20:49:55
Since 5 days I get this pain intermittently in lower back not right above the hip but little up. I have gone through the symptoms for kidney issues but I didn't see any symptoms yet but I am a little worried. My urine colour is clearly white. I also booked a body checkup to make sure. Basically, I sit a lot like in the office, in the cab, at home. I drink water and never stop my pee. I do a little walking as well. I am wondering what could be the cause of pain?

Back pain is common due to our sedentary life. Best solution is acupuncture and physiotherapy. Do regular exercise like walk and keep good posture to prevent in future.
