Your condition appears to be due to Vata aggravation affecting the spine and nerves (similar to Gridhrasi / Katigraha). Because of scoliosis since childhood, the imbalance has increased with age, causing radiating pain in the legs and difficulty sitting cross-legged.
Panchakarma therapies like Kati Basti, Sneha Sweda, Patra Pinda Sweda, or Valuka Sweda can give good relief.
Internal medicines such as Dashmool Kwath, Yograj Guggulu, Trayodashang Guggulu, Ashwagandha, and Rasna preparations may be advised after examination by a qualified Ayurveda practitioner.
Gentle stretching and light physiotherapy can be combined with Ayurvedic care for better results.

Avoid sitting on hard surfaces or on the floor for long periods.
Use warm oil massage (Mahanarayan tail / Dhanwantaram tail) daily on the back and legs followed by mild heat.
Do not suppress natural urges like passing urine or stools, as this worsens Vata.
Diet should be warm, easily digestible, with the use of ghee and soups; avoid excess dry/cold foods.
Regular follow-up is important since scoliosis is a structural issue; Ayurveda will help in pain relief, mobility, and preventing further deterioration.
