Pain in leg bone in particular area

2 years ago i go through stress fracture and i stoped the training and now i am feeling a little pain ,(when we press in that area)  in particular area . And from last month i am taking calcium and vitamin d 3 tabs. Now after 10 days i am going to start my running again , is it going to harm me . What measures should i take ? What should i do?

@age of 22 according to you had stress fracture ? May be? But even after treatment and sufficient period away from running if you still feel pain @ previous? Stress fracture site it is advisable to undergo MRI to rule out other ethologies responsible for pain.

If it is still painful, maybe on pressure, it means fracture has not fully consolidated. U can try running🏃💨💨 for a short period, and see how it behaves. And proceed accordingly.

You can continue to take calcium and vitamin D3, Better confirm the status of the injury in a MRI scan to be absolutely sure

Start your running schedule at very less distance then gradually increase it. It will help in better conditioning of muscles and bone
