Fracture will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal. Plaster application is for immobilise it till fracture healing. If you removed the plaster and started weight bearing there is a more chance of fracture displacement and delay in healing. Better to reapply plaster for 4 weeks and consult treating doctor.
