More on left and less on right. On MRI, it shows Marrow Edema.

Your investigation reports shows 1.PIVD_post intervertebral disc prolapse at L5,S1
2.Lesion (tumour) at left femur.Since it is well defined lesion it may be Benign in many cases.

I think the doctor who advised this report either has not explained the report or you have not understood it.
Its not the oedema that you should be worried about but there is a lesion probably a tumor which is of more concern.
Take proper consultation and proper homoeopathic treatment.
