Pain in Gum

Few days earlier, my right lower side gum was swollen & was paining. After taking painkiller for 2 days, the swelling was gone but gum was still in pain. After checking, found out that gum is injured back side below teeth due to some food or while chewing bones. It has gone red, pain is there and it's not healing also. Kindly help
