Pain while jogging could be caused due to jogging on uneven surfaces or changing jogging surface. If you have changed jogging surface in recent times please pay attention to it. For ex. If you jog on cemented surface regularly then do on that track only.
Also it might be due to muscle spasm or micro traumas caused during aggressive activities.

1.kindly dip your ankle in cold water first for 1minute then dip it in hot water for 3 minutes do this cycle for 3times i.e. cold followed by hot.
2. apply volini spray or any diclofenac spray to the area and use crepe bandage for few days to support your foot.
3. do good warm up and stretching of calf muscles before doing aggressive activities.
