She met wid an accident after dat some of the teeth had to be extracted n capping done after the rct but still she's having pain in all treated tooth could u pls suggest what to do shall we go for re rct

Hi..Yes she needs to get all the previous record to the dentist and get a recent X ray done. . If reinfection or not done properly then we might do a repeat root canal through the existing bridge itself. ..kindly consult in personal with records. .

rct seems to be fine in all teeth. but two teeth where rct is not done may b e the cause of pain . you have to come to the clinic to get diagnosed as to which tooth is causing problem

Please consult an endodontist because under a bridge it could be any tooth that can be causing the pain. The endodontist would then do a re rct of that affected tooth.

Rcts seems to be ok radiographically...also its rare to develop pain in relation to all rc treated teeth simultaneously due to rc failure...there can be a problem with the bite in the bridge placed..you have to get it properly investigated to reach a diagnosis and treat it accordingly

You need to undergo a detailed examination to ascertain those teeth which are actual cause of problem and go for re RCT if needed for those or auxiliary RCT procedures may be useful . Consult an Endodontist .

Hello.. I guess there could be infection still persisting in few of the teeth... The uploaded x ray does not appear to come to a clear diagnosis..... Please report to your dentist at the earliest..

hello, as per the x-ray shown above. there are certain teeth over which crowns have been placed without doing the root canal treatment. so if you have pain, you need to get those teeth treated. also, long span bridges are not advisable.

Hi, Recent x ray has to be taken to evaluate the nature of root canal fillings & to see whether any infection is present.Please visit an Endodontist (Root canal specialist) for any re rct if required .Lower left root canal treated teeth also requires cap as it might break if cap is not put.

Hello, Mam,you need to see an Endodontist who will reassess the RCT's done and check if any other tooth is infected.How long has it been since you got these Root canals done?If it is done recently,give it some time to settle down. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Most of RCT obstruction seems fine.  Few are are slightly less condensed ( only single cone is placed in root canal),  need clinical and IOPA of individual teeth to locate the problem.  Might need Re-rct of some teeth.
Next Steps
IOPA and clinical examination.

Hi The X Ray shows decently done RCT . You will have to see a endodontist in person to do detailed examination and suggest possible solution . Also on tooth on upper right side of X Ray's shows a filling close to nerve which can also be cause of pain Regards
