Hi. Try to find out what has triggered your over thinking. What event in your life has lead to this fear of death. Once you're aware of the reasons of the fear , you'll be able to tackle them better. Also , seek online / offline psychological consultation to be able to tackle and cope up with it fully. All the best . It may take some time ,but you'll be okay after proper treatment/ therapy sessions. Regards
