I cannot stop overthinking, i think too much cannot concentrate on work, always thinking of something which is not there in life. Should i take antidepressants tablet ?

Just like that you should not take antidepressants. First you consult psychotherapist, get assessed by them about your depression level by using psychometric test.
Next Steps
depending upon your present mind condition.. some psychotherapy may be needed, relaxation,etc..
