Overthinking and anxiety

Hi I am facing anxiety and overthinking issue. As a professional I am extremely good performer. But I don't know for what reason whenever I have to face any interview, I got nervous and not able to give satisfactory answers. I have the knowledge, skills, experience everything but when it comes to actually performance I am not able to do justice to my potential. My attitude towards everything is positive and for interviews too I start preparing well in advance. Kindly assist and make me understand why is it so and what I have to do to overcome this obstacle.
