Hello. Has this lady suffered these symptoms for a long time? Why is she refusing to see a doctor? It is very important to contact a psychiatrist. Some doctors do home visits, so that may be an option.

She may be having some symptoms of psychiatric illness. If she is not willing to go to a Psychiatrist, try to arrange a home visit. It is necessary that she be assessed at the earliest so her condition does not worsen.
